PROCESS FOR DEVELOPING YOUR BRAND STRATEGY:

Our first goal is understanding you and your business or organization. Whether you are a well established company, or just getting your feet wet, the most important thing for me to be able to provide you with an effective design is understanding the heart and soul of your business. Much of the preliminary process will be defining your market, researching your competition, understanding your demographic, and taking into account your marketing strategies to come up with our visual strategy.  Everything we do should echo your marketing teams concepts and goals.  Our skill is bringing those ideas to life visually.  It is important that both the designer and the client understand what it is we are trying to achieve with our designs, and agree on what your business is now, and where it is headed. This step is you teaching me what you are all about, where your strengths are, and what sets you apart in the marketplace.

Second, I will put together a summary of my interpretation of your company from a visual point of view, focusing on defining your approach to business, your target audience, and your desired impression in the marketplace. I will include ideas about how we can apply visual concepts to communicate your brand, as well as pull images, graphics, and examples of similar brand strategies for you to consider.  We will study what appeals to your demographic, where they shop, what they drive, what they assume from design, and what they expect from it.

After this process we will develop our treatments.  At this point you can sit back for a bit and admire what we come up with! We will develop a handful of ideas and present you with several proposed logos that we can discuss and revise. The finished product will be presented as a brand book, or CD containing logos, fonts, colors, and some basic branding guidelines.

From this brand book, we can design ads, websites, business stationary, point of purchase material, menus, flyers, etc. that complement and correspond with everything your customer sees and hears as being your brand. The result is a uniform look and feel that will instill repeated reminders to the consumer of your significance in the marketplace.
